Report it immediately. You can use the Report button on any Campaign Page or Event listing, or email report@riteraise.com with as much detail as possible. RiteRaise investigates all fraud reports and cooperates fully with Jamaican law enforcement and financial authorities where required.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@riteraise.com. Please note that closing your account does not cancel any active campaigns, outstanding payout obligations, or confirmed event bookings. These will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures before closure is finalised
